2025-1373 Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Contract Renewal – Authorize and Approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Agreement between Dallas County and Parkland Hospital District; Authorized Contract in the Amount not to Exceed $12,995,315 On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the FY2026 reimbursement agreement with Parkland Hospital District in the total contract amount not to exceed $12,995,315 and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents on behalf of Dallas County. The agreement begins on October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. Done in open Court November 18, 2025 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman OPPOSED: None
