The owner is City of Pflugerville, Texas.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;'><span style="color:black;">A temporary traffic control plan has been provided illustrating detour and restriction of all public use along Jesse Bohls Road to construct improvements.
