Consider and take appropriate action regarding a request to release two<em id="isPasted"> </em>drainage easements associated with the Shadowglen Phase 3 Section 1 & 2. (Commissioner Travillion)

TNR staff has received a request to authorize the release of a drainage easement (3.349 ac) dedicated per Document #2024058577 of the Official Records of Travis County and a drainage easement (7.591 ac) dedicated per Document #2024082385 of the Official Records of Travis County.<br id="isPasted"> <br>Professional Engineer, Jacob Kondo, certifies that both drainage easements were required by the county during the construction of the subdivision and are no longer needed now that the required fill has been placed in the pre-project floodplain area.  Travis County Engineer Lauren Winek has also reviewed this request and supports the release of both drainage easements. <br> <br>TNR staff has reviewed the subject easement release request and has no objection to releasing the easements.
