2026-0965 Authorize and approve the FY 2027 Competitive Application Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part A HIV Emergency Relief Grant Program On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 1, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the FY 2027 Competitive Application Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part A HIV Emergency Relief Grant Program and authorize the County Judge to sign the FY 2027 Appendix A: Agreements and Compliance Assurances and all related documents on behalf of Dallas County.
