2025-1098 Interlocal Cooperation Contract for the Urban Land Bank Demonstration Program with the City of Dallas, the Dallas County Hospital District, the Dallas Independent School District, and the Dallas County Community College District for 2024-2029 for the sale of tax foreclosed properties to the Urban Land Bank pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 379C. On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Interlocal Cooperation Contract for the Dallas Urban Land Bank Demonstration Program for 2024-2029 with the City of Dallas, the Dallas County Hospital District, the Dallas Independent School District, and the Dallas County Community College District and authorize the County Judge to sign the ILA and execute any documentation required to give effect to the ILA on behalf of Dallas County, Texas.
