2026-0448 Rhonda Marie Frosch Retirement On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 21, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby hereby honor, recognize, and extend its sincere appreciation to Rhonda Marie Frosch for her outstanding and faithful service to Dallas County and the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, and further conveys its sincerest congratulations, gratitude and best wishes as she embarks upon a well-earned retirement .
