Consideration and action on an ordinance on a TIRZ No.1 reimbursement request — completion of Albowhich Drive Improvements and infrastructure improvements for Phase-1 in the amount of $2,000,000 to be paid upon satisfaction by developer of all requirements to receive payment contained in the TIRZ No. 1 Reimbursement Agreement and City Chapter 380 Agreement, including but not limited to a certifica
