Consider/Approve the Naming of Records Management Officer Description: Per the State Library and Archive, the District is required to have an official Records Management Officer listed on file with the Texas State Library Archives Commission (TSLAC). Kristie Keesee has held this position since 2010 and has retired. It is proposed for Shelley Gammon to replace Ms. Keesee. Form SLR-512 is attached and will be filed with TSLAC, if approved. Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approves Shelley Gammon as the Records Management Officer of the District.
