2026-0880 Road and Bridge Policy Change On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 11, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Road and Bridge Districts Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the revised methodology and administrative policy changes to Ordinance No. 2006-117, 6-27-2006, Division 3. - Road and Bridge District Budget, as proposed to take effect on October 1, 2026.
