Lockridge Apartments) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve a three-year extension of the ground lease agreement with RBCA Community Development Corporation for the property located at 2120 52nd Street, Dallas, and authorize the County Judge to sign the lease amendment and all related documents.
