2025-1013 Authorize and approve Second Amendment to Agreement between Dallas County and Vet Guard USA, Inc. for Guardianship Services; for a one-year term ending September 30, 2026; amount not-to-exceed $513,936 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 4704 Probate Court Investigator Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Second Amendment to Agreement between Dallas County and Vet Guard USA, Inc. for Guardianship Services for a one-year term ending September 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed $513,936; and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents on behalf of Dallas County.
