2025-0237 Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement between Justice System Partners (JSP) and Dallas County, Texas on behalf of the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office for continued research and data analysis On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between Justice System Partners and Dallas County, Texas on behalf of the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and authorize the County Judge to sign the MOU and execute any documentation required to give effect to the MOU on behalf of Dallas County, Texas.
