This contract will provide Transportation and Natural Resources (TNR) Development Services department with an outsourced Program Manager Consultant (PMC) to assist with process and system improvements.<br data-pasted="true"><br>Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §262.024, a contract for the purchase of a personal or professional service is exempt from the requirement established by Section 262.023 if the Commissioners Court by order grants the exemption.
