2025-0549 Treatment Court Month On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 20, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Dallas County Commissioners Court, declare that “Treatment Court Month” be established during the Month of May 2025, in recognition of the practitioners and participants who make treatment courts effective and for the significant contributions that Treatment Courts continue to make in reducing drug use and crime.
