2026-0227 Authorize Interlocal Agreement Between Dallas County and Texas A&M Transportation Institute for Courtesy Patrol Incident Reporting Software Services for the purpose of providing technical assistance, maintenance, and enhancements over a 26-month period - Amount not to exceed $135,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 17, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Texas Department of Transportation Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Interlocal Agreement between Dallas County and the Texas A&M Transportation Institute in an amount not to exceed $135,000 for the purpose of providing technical assistance, maintenance, and enhancements to the Dallas Courtesy Patrol Incident Reporting Software over a 26-month period and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents.
