The Facilities Management Department (FMD) is working with the County Attorney’s office on the eleventh amendment to the 1989 sublease agreement between the Travis County Exposition Center and Rodeo Austin to use the space at 7311 Decker Lane, Austin, Texas.  The amendment includes an increase in the length of the event and the associated fees.  The event will be fifty days, with an increase from $225,000 to $236,250.00.  Rodeo Austin will pay the County for all the utilities incurred during the event.
