2025-0268 Approve a Subrecipient Agreement with Harris County for Administration of the Dallas County Solar for All Program On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: EPA Solar for All Program Grant Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the administration-focused subrecipient agreement with Harris County to launch the Dallas County Solar for All program. Additionally, this court order directs Budget, Human Resources, and the Auditor's Office to either create a position (fully reimbursed, grant-funded) or reclassify an existing position (with grant supplementation), as requested by Administration, ensuring compensation remains within the total limits set by the subrecipient agreement.
