Galloway Ave. Mesquite, TX 75149 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 44200 - Certificate of Obligation, Bond Series 2022 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Change Order No.1 with Suffolk Construction Company for Owner Enhancements to the New Mesquite Government Center at 500 S. Galloway Ave. Mesquite, TX 75149 in the amount of $375,000.00.
