2025-1216 Approve Ryan White Sub-Recipients Reallocation – FY2025-2026 Part A Formula, Supplemental, MAI, and Part B to provide quality medical and support services to Ryan White Consumers On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 466, Grant 65502, 65508, 65510, 65603 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the sub-recipient Contract Amendment for the FY2025-2026 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Programs grant awards as presented in Attachment A, and authorize the County Judge to sign the amendments on behalf of Dallas County.
