2026-0756 Housing and Urban Development Mid Counties Grant Program for the 2021 Winter Storm — General Land Office On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the Commissioners Court to support the 2021 Winter Storms (21WS) HUD MID Counties Program application submittal and if awarded, to accept the award.
