2025-1109 Assessment of Court Space Needs and Program Development, and Update of Jail Projection Information by CGL Companies On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Cap Ex 19600 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the work order with CGL Companies in the amount of $610,000 for the assessment of the Dallas County courts and jail.
