2025-1181 Request for Double-Fill of Juvenile Department, Compliance Officer #1097 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve a double-fill for the Juvenile Department for the Compliance Officer position (Grade G, #1097) at an estimated cost of $50,300 with funding available within budget (100.12000.5111.61020.30000). The three criteria established in the County’s double-fill policy are met with this request.
