2025-1025 Authorize and approve Dallas County Health and Human Services – FY 2026 Fee Schedule On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Dallas County Health and Human Services - FY 2026 Fee schedule. In addition, the Commissioners Court hereby approves the revised annual inspection fee for food establishments and mobile food units, effective September 1, 2025, in compliance with Senate Bill 1008.
