The County created the Lagos Reserve Public Improvement District on March 31, 2026. The County’s PID policy (Chapter 481 of the Travis County Code) requires contracts to be executed for the collection of PID assessments by the County Tax Assessor Collector. Approval of this contract will satisfy this requirement.<br data-pasted="true">Under this contract, the Tax Office will bill and collect the special assessments levied for the Lagos Reserve PID and transmit the funds to the Lagos Reserve PID accounts held by TCDA’s depository trustee, Wilmington Trust.
