2025-1346 Approval of Attorney Fee Agreement with Walker Bright, P.C. in Cause No. DC-25-18787 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.12000.9910.62225.10000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby issue this order ratifying the Attorney Fee Contract with Walker Bright, P.C. entered into by the Dallas County Administrator and grants the discretionary exemption provided in Texas Local Government Code § 262.024 (a)(4).
