2025-0380 Authorize the Personal Services Extension – Amendment No. 2 for Ms. Sai Chaliseemala with Catapult Solutions Group for the period of April 2, 2025, through October 4, 2025, approve Discretionary Exemption, 262.024(4) personal service; funding from Major Technology Fund (MTF) – Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000) amount not to exceed $99,360.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the County Judge to sign Amendment No. 2 with Catapult Solutions Group for the contract extension of Sai Chaliseemala as a Network Engineer for the period of April 2, 2025 through October 4, 2025 at a not-to-exceed amount of $99,360.00 using funding from the Major Technology Fund- Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000) using Discretionary Exemption 262.024(4).
