2025-0751 Authorize the Purchase of a Forklift for County Clerk Central Records – New Singleton Warehouse – Estimated Cost is $57,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Records Management Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the purchase of one order picker forklift for the County Clerk Central Records Division at an estimated cost of $57,000. Funding will be provided from the Records Management Fund to support safe, efficient operations and improved records accessibility at the new Singleton warehouse location.
