2026-0111 Voter Education and Awareness Marketing Campaign for the March 2026 Dallas County Primary Election Commissioner Price amended to add the direct mailer option to the recommended media plan for an additional cost of $582,952 for a total outreach budget of $1,050,091. This addition will ensure every registered voter in Dallas County is notified of the new process to vote on Election Day. On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 20, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Within Budget - 100.12000.1210.62225.10000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve of the marketing project scope of work and budget for Media Plan 3 provided by Alpha Business Images for the Election Department's March 2026 Primary Election in the amount of $467,139.
