2025-1188 Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Contract Renewal – Authorize and Approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Provider Services Agreement Between Dallas County, Texas, and Hope’s Door Inc., D/B/A Hope’s Door New Beginning Center for Emergency Shelter Assistance in an amount not to exceed $10,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the FY2026 Provider Services Agreement Between Dallas County, Texas, and Hope’s Door Inc., D/B/A Hope’s Door New Beginning Center for Emergency Shelter Assistance in the amount not to exceed $10,000, and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents on behalf of Dallas County. The Agreement begins on October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026.
