2025-1028 Authorize and approve Addendum to Contract No. FY2025-DALTX-09 between U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and Dallas County for the provision of services and goods to eligible refugee and immigrant populations On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 46600 Project: 087 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Addendum to Contract No. FY2025-DALTX-09 between U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and Dallas County for the provision of services and goods to eligible refugee and immigrant populations and authorize the County Judge to sign the contract on behalf of Dallas County.
