2025-1027 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement between Dallas College and Dallas County, Texas on Behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services Disease Investigation and Intervention Services (DIS) Program to continue to provide Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Screenings at Dallas College Campuses On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 466 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement between Dallas College and Dallas County, Texas on Behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services Disease Investigation and Intervention Services (DIS) Program to continue to provide Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Screenings at Dallas College Campuses.
