Benson Retirement On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 21, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby now join with the family, friends, and her Dallas County co-workers, as Mary L. Benson , announces her retirement after 38 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Dallas County.
