Consider and take appropriate action on a resolution relating to the Lagos Reserve Public Improvement District including: A. determining the costs of certain public improvements to be financed within Improvement Areas #1A and #1B of the Lagos Reserve Public Improvement District B. approving a preliminary service and assessment plan and proposed Assessment Rolls for Improvement Areas #1A and #1B C. directing the filing of such proposed assessment rolls with the County Tax Assessor-Collector to make available for public inspection D. Noticing a public hearing for July 28, 2026 to consider an order levying assessments on Improvement Areas #1A and #1B of the Lagos Reserve Public Improvement District and other matters related thereto
