2026-0071 Authorization to Procure Training Ammunition for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office Training Division in the Amount of $99,398 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 20, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office to proceed with the procurement of training ammunition for the Training Division in the amount of $99,398, with funding available within the existing Sheriff’s Office Training budget.
