2025-0004 Authority to Proceed with Payment of Non-Compliant Invoices and Purchases less than $50,000 dated January 7, 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund (12000) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize the payment of non-compliant purchases and invoices less than $50,000, as prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer on behalf of Non-Compliant Departments for January 7, 2025 and authorize the Dallas County Auditor's Office to proceed with payment.
