2026-0442 Approval of the Early Voting Polling Locations, as well as Dates and Times for Early Voting by Personal Appearance, and Election Day Countywide Polling Locations for the May 26, 2026, Primary Run-Off Elections for both the Dallas County Democratic and Republican Parties Amendment read into the record by Commissioner Elba Garcia "For Election Day, V0061 The Summit has declined to serve, so we request that V0017 Veterans Park Event Center be approved as it's replacement. For Early Voting I move to add E0005 Veterans Park Event Center, as it will help fill the gap left by E4514 The Summit." On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Project Code 97502 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby  Approve the Elections Day countywide polling locations for the May 26, 2026, Primary Run-Off Elections for both the Democratic and Republican Parties as listed in Attachment A; and  Approve the Early Voting polling locations, as well as dates and times for early voting by personal appearance, for the May 26, 2026, Primary Run-Off Elections for both the Democratic and Republican parties as listed in Attachment B.
