2026-0848 Authorize and approve the Provider agreement between Dallas County, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Humas Services (DCHHS) and Garland Independent School District (GISD) authorizing DCHHS to provide immunizations/vaccinations to any eligible Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) program eligible child from PK-12th grade On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 4, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: TBD Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Provider agreement between Dallas County, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Humas Services (DCHHS) and Garland Independent School District (GISD) authorizing DCHHS to provide immunizations/vaccinations to any eligible Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) program eligible child from PK-12th grade.
