Consider and take appropriate action to approve the Consent by Lien Holder, for Travis County Facilities Corporation, a Texas public facility corporation, to grant an electric utility easement to the City of Austin, on that property being described as 11.58 acres, more or less, consisting of that certain parcel stated to contain 6.60 acres, more or less, and that certain parcel stated to contain 4.98 acres, more or less, being a portion of Outlot 28 and Outlot 31, Division A, Government Outlots adjoining the original City of Austin, and being a portion of Lot 1, Siegmund Addition, Section Four, a subdivision of Travis County, Texas; and is the same property which received legal lot status in City of Austin Case C81-2026-0137 attached to the Electric Utility Easement, being the same property described in that certain Special Warranty Deed recorded in Document No. 2024130246.
