2025-0748 District Attorney – Request to Purchase Two (2) New 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe for Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs); in the Amount of $130,000 – Funding Available within State Forfeiture Fund (40007) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: DA State Forfeiture Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the District Attorney’s office request to purchase two (2) new Chevrolet Tahoe for the District Attorney’s Office Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs) at an estimated cost of $130,000 with funding available within Federal Forfeiture Fund (40007).
