2025-0627 Authorize and Approve Amendment No. 1 to Dallas County Integrated Child Support System Cooperative Agreement between Dallas County, Texas and the Office of the Attorney General On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 3, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment Number 1 to the Dallas County Integrated Child Support System Cooperative Agreement between Dallas County, Texas and the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Texas and authorizes the County Judge to sign all related documents. The original current contract term began on September 1, 2021 – August 31, 2023. The contract automatically renews annually for the next three (3) years with the first year beginning on September 1, 2023; Dallas County is within its final year of the contract renewal. The maximum liability of the OAG for reimbursable expenses under the current terms of this contract is $7,369,546.
