A. 12 Approval of pay structure adjustment increase by 2% and everyone within a pay scale, including probationary employees, appointed officials, elected officials, and court reporters that are not on a pay scale system. This increases the minimums/maximums of the grades to assist with getting pay for employees closer to the market and helps to address maxed out employees. This action also includes approval of an additional 3% salary adjustment increase on top of the 2% pay structure adjustment

2.A. 12 Approval of pay structure adjustment increase by 2% and everyone within a pay scale, including probationary employees, appointed officials, elected officials, and court reporters that are not on a pay scale system. This increases the minimums/maximums of the grades to assist with getting pay for employees closer to the market and helps to address maxed out employees. This action also includes approval of an additional 3% salary adjustment increase on top of the 2% pay structure adjustment for all eligible employees. The increase is applied in accordance with Salary Administration Guidelines.
