2025-0081 District Clerk – Approval to Create One (1) New Imaging Supervisor Position for District Clerk (4020) to Assist With E-Conversion and Document Management Functionality of Odyssey Case Management System; in the Estimated Amount of $85,637 – Funding Available Within District Clerk – Records Management Fund (43026) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: District Clerk – Records Management Fund (43026) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Human Resources/Civil Service to establish and review for proper grade and classification for one (1) Imaging Supervisor position for District Clerk (4020) to assist with e-conversion and document management functionality of Odyssey Case Management System, in the estimated amount of $85,637 with funding available within District Clerk – Records Management Fund (43026). This request does not have a budgetary impact on the General Fund.
