2025-1198 Purchase of Legal Files Licenses for Dallas County DA's Office Appellate Division On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.19500.1095.62356.10000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 2 and authorize the County Judge to execute Amendment No. 1 for the Expansion and Implementation of Legal Files platform to include Dallas County District Attorney Appellate Division and Dallas County for a total cost of $52,712.50. Funding available within the Major Technology Fund - Other Professional Fees, Computer Software and Maintenance Contracts.
