Pyramid/O’Reilly Roadway Improvements was identified as part of Substandard Road Improvement Program. The purpose of this agreement is to design an upgrade to the existing Right-of-Way (ROW), including roads and drainage.<br><br data-pasted="true">On December 12, 2025, RFQ 143-GC was issued through BidNet, and opened on January 21, 2026. A total of fourteen (14) vendors downloaded the solicitation, and six (6) Statements of Qualifications were received. Evaluations were completed, comprised of Transportation and Natural Resources (TNR) staff and overseen by the Purchasing Office.
