2025-1503 Judicial Salaries - Back Pay for Dallas County Judges On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve funding not to exceed a total amount of $90,660.00 to pay back wages for eligible Dallas County judges for the period of underpayment September 1, 2025 to October 3, 2025.
