2025-0149 Captain Anthony Stebbins Rounds Retires On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby join with the co-workers, family, and friends of Anthony Stebbins Rounds as he heads toward a well-deserved retirement from her service to the citizens of Dallas County.
