2025-0701 Dallas County’s American Rescue Plan State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds | Year Five Budget and Strategic Plan On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: ARP SLFRF Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Adopt the Dallas County American Rescue Plan State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Year Five Budget and Strategic Plan, reallocating funding into the actual following ARP expenditure categories: Public Health: $69,146,755.19, Negative Economic Impacts: $77,554,855.80, Public Sector Capacity: $83,540,330.82, Revenue Replacement $275,004,498.68, Administrative: $6,671,647.51.
