On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 6, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the County Judge to execute a Dealer Deputy Inventory Agreement for the Dallas County Tax Office to partner with Auto Liquidators Inc. to facilitate the orderly, efficient and convenient processing of motor vehicle title transactions and initial registrations specifically for their own respective sales.
