2025-1236 Authorize and approve Facilities Usage Agreement between Cliff Temple Baptist Church and Dallas County, Texas, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) Older Adult Services Program (OASP), for temporary use of space for the purposes of providing OASP services and meals On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Facilities Usage Agreement between Cliff Temple Baptist Church and Dallas County, Texas, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) Older Adult Services Program (OASP), for temporary use of space for the purposes of providing OASP services and meals.
