2025-1338 Juvenile – FY2026 Budget for the Youth Services Advisory Board (YSAB) Juror Fund Escrow Fund in the amount of $201,706 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Juror Escrow Fund (31025) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the FY2026 Juror Escrow Budget, including the proposed service program allocations totaling the amount of $201,706.
